WGA has appointed seasoned executive and strategic advisor Karina Collins as a Non-Executive Director.
Karina brings a distinguished background in sustainable growth and development, underpinned by over 25 years of experience. Her expertise lies in driving market expansion, fostering innovation, and maximising value creation across a diverse range of industries. Her comprehensive career encompasses executive leadership, board governance, and strategic advisory roles, with a dedicated focus on empowering both small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large organisations to successfully navigate sustainable transformation.

Her leadership has earned the confidence of organisations in Australia and globally, guiding them through complex change, transformation and growth.
She has held senior partner roles at KPMG and BDO, where she established and grew multi-service advisory capabilities across strategy, transactions, transformation, technology and innovation, supporting organisations to strengthen performance and unlock new opportunities.
Today, Karina is the Founder and Managing Director of Futures Advisory and the Co-Founder of Australia Essence, focusing on corporate growth strategy, strategic investment decisions and technology-enabled transformation – partnering with boards and executive teams to create new value, new markets and meaningful, sustainable growth.

Karina holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), from the Charles Stuart University. Her additional qualifications including credentials from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Lean Six Sigma, and IMD Business School enables her to blend strategic acumen with operational excellence effectively.
